My First Job…. :P – Part I

As my training at Accenture is nearing its conclusion, or more likely, the ‘climax’ stage, I thought of getting back to my blogging (as if I was a great blogger once…!!! 😀 :P)..

As the title suggests, or ‘should’ mean, this is my first job as a professional. And I’m lucky to be in Accenture ( 😛 ) blah blah blah…

There isnt much to say abt the job, as such. But still I will write some crap and you will read it, I know that, dude.. 😀

We, (excluding me), waited for more than 4 months for the call letter. As always, I dint wait for the thing, I was like passing the time by doing useful things. 😀 😀 😀

One of the most important advantage of joining Accenture is that, I learned to speak our national language, more. :P.  The thing is, now I find Hindi more easy to manage than English..!! WTH!!!

And the next important thing is, I’m able to stay away from “RICE”…! Woh tho ek great success hai..! Rice for me is like chicken for brahmins.. Seriously, dude..!! 😛

Since I’v said so much crap already abt the job, isn’t it bad, if I dint mention something abt the company? (Yeah, it is. Kettitu poya mathi)

Accenture is like..umm..umm..hmm..uh..uh….umm..*scratches head* *looks up and down*..um..aah.. is like..you know..awesome, obviously. Its awesome in all sense, except the payroll (obviously.. :D) It has great shuttle services (best thing abt Accenture), great cafeterias, great working environment..blah blah blah.. Overall, great. My rating 7.9/10. (I wont give a rating more than 8 for anything or anybody. My style.. :D)

Aah.. Forgot to mention one thing. Actually this is the most important thing. F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Not the series, but the actual thing, sorry stuff, sorry..watever. Our batch was like more than 50% from Kerala and rest from different parts of the world..sorry..India..(Diversity in integrity..umm..watever) We were divided into..God-knows-what number of sections.

The hotskill training thing was actually comedy skit sponsored by Accenture in collaboration with God-knows-what training center and was conducted at The Zuri Hotel, Whitefield.

Then we had foundation training, which was like an avial..!! Then came the next comedy skit – the online test..! With help from above (sniper on the roof :P), cleared.

Next was the stream training. It was like OMG OMG OMG..!!

AAHHH..!! AND, We had UK&I guys from UK and Ireland (obviously) coming over here and doing case study with us..saath saath.. 😀

It was for 2 weeks time. And that two weeks was the most awesome time. Frequent refuelling( 😛 :D), Taj Catering ki buffet lunch.. (Wah Taj..!! :D) March 1 marked the end of the Golden era.(free food supply stopped.. :D)

Then we were handling some ‘advanced concepts’ which we actually handled earlier.. 😛 After all those ‘handlings’, we were not able to handle anything at all.. *Accenture ki jay.. :D*

Then came the first D-day.. #CaseStudyEvaluation *bgm* Actually, it went smoothly..as smooth as..nah..nothing.. 😀

Now, the pending battle is Exit Test and Programming Test, which, I’l pass, obviously.. 😛

That marks the end of #TrainingEra.. 😀

(to be continued)
